My Watery Nightmare: Water Demons, Wet Linda and Reflections on "The Drowning Project"

Where ideas come from who can really say. Most times if you try to explain a genesis  you sound kind of... well you know.
Anyway somewhere in the mid 0's I felt compelled to write a story about a water demon.
The location was a community pool in an upper-middle class neighborhood in California.
This developed into a viral video project titled "The Drowning Project."

This was in 2009-2010.

Lost Media Cartoon Network: Help Turner (and Myself) Find a Bit of Tape

This is the first time in Ten years of this Blog that I am posting anything like this.
Way back in 1996 I did a show Called the "Uncle Paul Show" in the early days of Cartoon Network.
(Airdates: June 29-June 30, 1996. ) It was for the  Cartoon Network JUNE BUGS Special.
I've done many things over the years but this one is a favorite project.
Here is the show circled in an old TV Guide. (Some of my older readers may remember when we looked at these kinds of things in print.)

Did an Alien Call Us in 1977? "The Wow Signal"

 It was Nikola Tesla who first came up with the idea of using transmission signals to contact Alien life forms in 1896.
Modern Mainstream Scientific research into the possibility of Extraterrestrial life is being conducted primarily with Radio Telescopes that are attempting exactly that.
